Bid and ask now moving all over the place with no trades. That means folks are setting limit orders and the MM [electronic?] responds accordingly. I spent a whole afternoon doing this once a while back, to save a .005. Next thing I knew, instead of getting it at .04, I "caught" it at .075. I have not known anyone to save .001 off the ask of USTI. Sometimes I guess we have to step back and take in the big picture. Rande Is
