Although I am frustrated with the performance of the stock I am also saddened by the news. After all Charlie did bring this company from 0 to 300 million in sales in a relatively short period of time and that without taking any undue risk. The company is in a strong competitive position and in good financial health. I hope Charlie will continue on the board. As a result of this the chances of an acquisition have increased considerably.
