I am very concerned that Charlie left without a stated management succession plan. If he left on his own, he was clearly irresponsible. If he was forced out then those who did the forcing are idiots, unless they have a plan to immediately sell the company.

Trying to continue business as usual does not seem like an option here. The longer we go without a buyout offer or news that there is a new captain steering the ship, the worse off the stock is. This may be good for expenses, but I believe that it is not good for sales.

Maybe Charlie left to do a management led LBO so he doesn't have to put up with those A**hole analysts anymore.
