Style Writer,

The class "B" shares are used in the calculations of the EPS. Go look at the 10Q. There are 1.3M class "B". The class "A" shares have roughly 1.7M outstanding. RA and Barbara have stated this. Go back and check Lakers post on the increase to the authorized (went to 150M). They paid the Select Capital debentures off in PKGP shares. Any EPS calculations have to use 3.0M shares. This assumes RA hasn't issued anymore since we last talked to him.
