To All: Just spoke with Jeffrey, the big cheese, el presidente'. A few things. One, we should NOT call the number posted in the lead in to this thread. It is a personal cell phone, not a company phone. Second, they are on a very aggressive aquisition plan as well as an aggressive plan to prove up reserves. Third, they have about $2 billion in garnet reserves alone in the ground estimated which should put the stock price at a heck of alot higher than .375 per share. Fourth, the offer is legit, but we might see other offers coming in at better prices. Bottom line for me is there is lots of manipulation going on here on the current price and whether or not the stockholders accept this deal, the stock is worth a MINIMUM of .375 due to the legit offer and possibly alot more once reserves can be proven and explained as to the stock value impact. Don't let the MM's scare you out. This could be a GREAT buy at any price below .375. But this is just my opinion. Anyone do any DD on the company or the testing labs to confirm some of the latest results?
