Hi Gary, Very eloquent and honest- While i can appreciate we had our problems in the beginning, significant steps have been taken in the last 6 months to expand and improve our feed quality and reliability. The # of users represented by the SI thread I believe now stands around 4 out of 1000. You should join our MIRC group at undernet #rtt and ask for yourself how we are now.

We now have the equivalent of 9 T1's supporting RT Trader whereas 8 months ago we were about 1/2 T1 - We have both primary and backup datafeed, databases, 4 servers to connect to (i think we only had 1 8 months ago). As far as delays go we are quite open about our 2 minute lag (not 5 mins as you claim - this can be confirmed by many of my users in MIRC) at market open - a condition which will be corrected this fall.

We also have recently signed Letters of Intent for Both Scottsdale Securities (Scottrade) and US Discount Brokerage to provide RT Trader exclusively to their clients and are in negotiations with a third online discount firm. We underwent exhaustive testing by both firms against competition and proved we could provide the most reliable service.

So Gary - if your interested - we would still like your business.

ps. - i see here that IQ has also had its share of problems, as have all vendors in their effort to provide service on the internet reliably. The difference is how they deal with their problems. NAQ has effectively eliminated its startup pains since your experience with us and now has a better understanding of the internet and how it interfaces with our clients.
