started buying when broke 95 we may see 70's when and if venezeula devalues i am going to transfer money from my savings account into the stock market. next week could see venezuela default and japan dragged down by banks lack of liquidity (bank failures or the gov. step in) this could be the selling climax we all needed before the next rally looks like cardoso got a great deal when he sold tbr a few weeks ago TEF might even drop more providing us with a chance to own two of the dominant latin american/european telecoms on the cheap curtis
