I agree with you that a potential problem with Claim 1 is that it comprises the buyer's computers. I would have thought that the patent would strictly involve "server-side" apparatus. Except for that, the claim is very broad and if valid is definitely valuable. Take this with a gain of salt, I am a newly minted patent agent (my background is computer science) and just glanced at the claim quickly. Maybe as you say some of the other claims are better. I am not long OMKT but have been following it closely. I am waiting for signs of positive earnings before buying (call me old-fashioned), even though I know I will pay more at that time.
