Well, the slide continues, if Dgiv hasn't got any institutional backers behind this company, how did they ever expect to keep the price at this range. There are 140 competitor companies doing the same thing also.. No filings, no registration, oops no brokerage firms can even recommend a designated penny stock!!!! I feel sorry for you, its only a matter of time and the price will be back down to where it originated... Oh ya, if you call for your certs, it takes about two weeks but that also keeps you from selling them,HMMMMMMMMMMM... P.S. back in May why did the institutional backers pull out of nmss; was it due to the new Fed. regulations leveling the playing field with conventional phone lines????????????
