That's actually not a bad idea. I've got 3000 shares averaged to
.87 cents.

We could takeover the shell and with a good idea/product, revive
this before it's too late. We'd probably be responsible for debts, etc...
But, if we get the idea/product first, then proceed with 'pooling' our
shares. We may be on to something...

Anyone follow QLSI/RICA? Somewhat similar story. A Costa Rican
chicken processing plant wanted to be listed on an American market.
Long story short, they arranged a deal with a company (QLSI) that was
all ready on the NASDAQ to serve as a shell and did away with the QLSI
business leaving only the chicken business. Then they changed their
name and ticker to RICA. Presently RICA is trying to get on the AMEX.

So, it can happen. We would need a good plan though....
