Micron Technology, Inc., will announce first quarter earnings for fiscal 1997 on Monday, December 16, at approximately 3:00 p.m. mountain time. A conference call will be held for analysts with a replay available starting approximately 6:45 mountain time. To access the replay dial 402-220-1004. This replay will run though midnight of Tuesday, December 17. Source: micron.com Also a quick trend of Micron's results appears in micron.com Profile It's enough to scare even the Grim Reaper! Replacing $1.51/share a year ago with this quarter's result (and immediately more than doubling TTM P/E) will surely scare some uninformed people who bought Micron simply because it was a broker's "hot tip." Ouch!
