Even though the company accepted the offer, it is not valid(final) until an 80% shareholder approval is achieved. Until then, the company may entertain higher offers from other investment groups and relay those to the shareholders before they get their proxy vote forms. I would venture to guess that the company firmly believes that this stock will be boughtout for at least $1.00/share. JMO.

Either way, if the offer of .375 falls through, we win in the long run because the company will finish their borings and have final research done by TUNS causing the true value to play a more important role in the share price ($1.00 or more). Just might take 12 months or the company may get a higher offer more like their estimate ($1.50-2.00) and we win. Or the deal goes through and we get .375/share (3 bagger minimum) and we win.

It is just a waiting game now!!
