MrClinton, I believe Cisco option packages are lower for sales folks - but the engineers are very well compensated with options. Sales folks at CSCO make big $$$ - I mean BIG $$$ - options set aside. Anyway, CSCO probably looks to ASND for technical expertise as opposed to sales/marketing and will pay to get them. Gary (OG)
