Sorin, Absolutely M A N I P U L A T I O N !!! This is probably the manipulators last gasps !! Both companies are currently producing revenues and profits at exceptional positive rates. I had heard possible rumors last month that MIFGY 'might' not meet this qtr's # --- they SURPASSED them. The only concern from analysts seems to be what happens after Y2K ? IMHO, (1) both companys' products are growing and (2) the Y2K/Euro business is (a) still producing lots of revenue and will do so for at least 2-3 more years and (b) the Y2K/Euro contracts will only help the enamoration of both companies and the future prospects of growth from these clients ! ISLI and MIFGY (nee MICF) has shown me via this and recent past reporting periods that THEY know what their businesses are and how to make money at it. THEREFORE, the upcoming vote WILL have my support !! The new MicroFocus/INTERSOLV Combo Company will do GREAT ! Michael
