Sandra: I've been in and out of ICOM since last October. One thing I've noticed about it is it often closes off the lows of the day in the last ten minutes. Someone is definitely "managing" the price of ICOM. Of course, with the new interest in the company as well as the end of Citadel's pricing pressure this week, that pattern and all others will probably change.
