Rande, < Clearly we do not know who owns the Greek shipping nor who is selling exactly what to whom.> Apparently you don't understand the shell game Rande. No one owns the shipping company. It is a privatly owned company looking for a vehicle to take it's corporation public. It is not owned by CNHH, MIDL, MSFT, AT&T or any other publicly held company. I thought you understood what was going on here, now I'm not so sure. Ernie
