I agree with the earlier advise. " Secure your investments". You guys need to get out of "Dream On" world and be realistic. All I am seeing here is some wishful thinkings and manipulative comments. Terms like Phillipe is a great PR is not relevant here. We are talking real money. PE multiples is highly" irrational" and stock price is very much " exuberant".

I believe that there will be a pull back to this stock in the area of $9 or so range or even lower. The expectation like "Book to Bill" is not going to work for Verity. If you guys expects that, then you dont understand this business. I am telling you this because I was there. I know the nature of business. 99% of software business book their sales only on the last day of the month. Furthermore, 90% of the total quarterly sales will be booked on the very last day of the quarter. This is the nature of the beast. Given this fact, How will you analyse b2b. Financially how are you going to do your forecast. This is a real dilemma.

Verity's technology is damn good. Unfortunately, search engine business is not a real rocket flyer. Not much money is out there. You need lot of partners meaning your share will be eaten by some body too. If you dont find partners you need to acquire somebody too. All these things cost money and profit erosion.

The very fact that verity made .02 profitability signifies that it could be only interest income. Not income from operations.

Finally I wish you luck guys and will see you around 9-10 range.
