Made a few changes to Cooper's concept in this scan. First,
eliminated the requirement that today's close must be at a
new 42-day high. Then added the requirement that volume must
be greater than its 9-day average and that the stock must be
in the top 20% of its range. The volume and position in range
idea came from Jim Cash. Just thought I would post it here for
those that may not have found their way to the TF+ subject.
BTW, I think SIGR is best of the bunch. What do you think?
