The software that does the profiling and creates a "one to one marketing" scenario is a valuable thing. Broadvision is one vendor for example. I need to do some DD to see who else offers it. I don't believe everyone (YHOO, XCIT, AMZN) are all using homegrown solutions. Also, the next wave will do a better job of matching content to users. Worth some study, I believe
