"Hope this clears things up." Thank you for your effort in trying to help. However, the information provided to me by NASD does not support your belief. You can check this out for yourself by following the various links I provided on this thread to the relevant areas of the NASD site. Please also note, that the address on your current Datek statement, if you have an account, is the same as the "Old" company. FYI, the NASD site also lists for you any prior names for the business. If there actually is anything to "clear up," it seems the people at Datek would be in the best position to do that. How about it Datek? Please help us out.
