I've found that the best defense against a libel lawsuit is the truth. Personally, I really couldn't care less if one of these companies came after me. I have the resources and will to litigate these matters if necessary. Jeez, if I turned around and sued everybody who slandered me or sent me physical threats because I said negative things about their pet scam stock, then I would be in court 24/7.
