Thanks for the response. Your point is quite valid about AMAT not being able to do a hostile takeover b/c of the fleeing of talent. I had not thought about this. I seriously doubt ASMLF would be inclined to marry AMAT since their prospects have improved dramatically over the past 2 years, and they could do much better on their own. That leaves SVGI, and I believe de Terossian has already turned down offers.

Nikon or Canon????
