OK, to add to the confusion, Monday Jack U. told me that the WV land was still in the corporation, and that Mark Tow had sent a demand letter for return of the land due to the fraud involved with the ICVI shell. Jack claimed he had returned this letter to Tow as he was no longer an officer, and that Tow would have to deal with the SEC or future MTEI officers.

Don't bash the messenger, just passing on what I was told,
