Wally: Word has it that Clinton's first choice of targets was Ken Starr's office, but the Air Force couldn't promise such pinpoint precision. Seriously though, if we have in fact crippled the culprits responsible for the recent terrorists acts in Africa, I would have to fully support the president's actions...although his timing does seem fortuitous (to use a Truman word) in terms of taking the spotlight off his other problems.
