Bmart, Let Janet Shell, Rick Marcazi, Charles Krisfalusi, David Gordan, the attoney , Greg Tiffer, Peter Shure and someone named Graystone or whom ever it is short the stock down all they want. They all are dealing with National and Mayerson, who are clearing for Pacific International, Merit and Union. So, every time they sell we'll call for the stock. They are still required to deliver the stock they are shorting illegally(naked). How will they deliver the stock they are already short. We will sit on the bid all day tomorrow and take as much as we can and call for delivery every time they hit us. Then if they do not deliver we will file the correct S.E.C form with the proper agencies. If the market maker doesn't deliver in the required time they will go to jail with these people as an act of grand larcency.
The game they want to play is blantant Manipulation and Stock Fraud which is a very serious offense which comes with a manidtory 7-10 in the Federal penatentaries. If that is what they want to do, I guess the firms they all trade through will have to be closed down and the traders encarserated as well. Plus, having to pay the manditory fine required by law. If anyone comes to this board bad mouthing the stock, we as investors in this company need to stand up and fight them. its a battle with these guys and girls, but I can tell you this, the war will not be won by these people. The NASD, S.E.C. and FBI will make sure of that. The Superintendant of Brokers and RCMP will not stand for this either. And Canadians wonder why Americans do not hire them. Look at this group. I think it is pretty clear why.
In closing if they wish to continue this short of AZNT we as shareholders may have to get bruised in the battle, but when news hits next week, they required delivery of the shares by these people is going to cost them and we benefit. So we as shareholders need to step up and defeat these people once and for all and reap the reward from their illegal activities. The sad thing is, people like this attempt to ruin wealth of the hard working people of AZNT, because they are so short and this is their only recourse to damage the company to such and extent that the company would seise to exsist. Therefore causing them not to have to fill their short and expend millions of dollars in the process. What they do not realize is that the price of the stock at this point and time does not and in no way will effect the performance of the company. For you see AZNT is solvent and selfsufficent from the continue sales of their products. What the shorters are doing is a lesson in futility. I guess they have millions of dollars to spend and 7-10 years to think about it. BYE!!!!! |
