What is the take on this stock? I see some fundamental challenges...

(1) A box pusher transitioning to a full-life cycle services company. Fundamentally different operations. Commodity -vs- high end services. How does management address the issue that the business model that was used to create a $4 billion company overnight needs to be junked in favor a model that focuses on services delivery?

(2) Assimilating the acquisitions into the company...adopting consistent practices and procedures...culture...yada, yada, yada.

(3) The evolution of the OEMs' distribution model to JMA and stripping away the incentives (i.e. price protection, vendor funding, etc.)

With that said, considering the anticipated consolidation in the industry, what are the perceived chances of a buyout? The company still has the strongest financials in the industry and it could be picked up for a song and a dance relative to earnings.

Any comments?
