CBOE to List Options on Convergys Corporation on Thursday, August 27
CHICAGO, Aug. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) today announced that it will begin trading options on Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG; CBOE) on Thursday, August 27, 1998.
Convergys Corporation, located in Cincinnati, Ohio, provides outsourced billing and customer management solutions. The company operates through Cincinnati Bell Informations Systems, Inc. (CBIS) and MATRIXX Marketing Inc. CBIS provides customized billing solutions. MATRIXX provides value-added customer management solutions designed to increase the effectiveness of customer management programs.
CVG options will trade on the January expiration cycle, with introductory expirations in September, October, January and April. Initial strike prices have been set at 12-1/2, 15 and 17-1/2. (Note: Strike prices are subject to change based on the underlying security.) Samuelson Trading Corporation has been named the Designated Primary Market Maker (DPM) in the options.
