My guess is that this is our last visit to retest the low of $12. We ran into vrey heavy resistance at $13 1/8, which was predictable given recent trendlines. After sitting there trying to break through for several hours, it began to fall.

Hopefully, it has now hit its lows, and the diseemination of the S&P article will push it up past resistance.
