Andrea... I can confirm that NAMX and its directors have been reported to the SEC by more than one person on this thread. I'm certain they know the particulars. YOu and the others would probably more than likely win a shareholder lawsuit against these people, but what are you going to get? They obviously don't have any money. You'd basically get the satisfaction of a judgement in your favor, but that's about it. The costs certainly outway the rewards in these types of situations.
