According to "The Hulbert Financial Digest" at hulbertdigest.com - Al Frank who writes "The Prudent Speculator" gave the best advice for 5 years up 36.6 % and 15 years up 18.6%.

For 10 years it was 2nd up 25% and for 8 years it was also 2nd up 28.1%.
