Hi Doug,

What chart are you looking at? Are you referring to the short term........say since the start of August?

We were looking longer term, at a large descending triangle, but this was more in fun. It's interesting that it did break, but I doubt we'll get a fulfillment of any measurement rule!

OTOH Your triangle's measurement was probably met at ~15, if I'm looking at the right one. We also have a H&S formation (Jan-Jul/98) with a broken neckline (and btw a perfect pullback to 20....the exit) .........that's been fulfilled at ~15.

The neckline looks to be at 22. There was also a pullback, but not as obvious.

Finally, long term we've been expecting this whole thing to head upwards eventually, and form a large double bottom. What do you think? Still possible? Or, are we moving into a wedge? A wedge channel would probably give us 23 by the end of the year, or early '99......just a quick guess.

RE: I would recommend waiting till accumulation shows up.

Is accumulation good looking? <g>
