I know we are getting into refinery maintenance season and I am trying to assess whether this is bullish/bearish for crude prices. Tosco is closing down its big NJ refinery for 45-60 days in mid-September.

It looks like they will be making gas but not distillate. I don't understand how they make gas if the crude processing unit shuts down.
