Humm.... Sounds like you cut your teeth on Yahoo. If you want information, why not develop it yourself. It's not our duty to do DD for you. If you go back quite a ways and read what has happened and responses from posters on both sides of the issue, you might get a pretty good idea where we stand now.

If you are waiting for a quick fix, silver bullet style giving you the buy/sell sign, forget it. Do a little digging. You will be better informed for it. Then you will be able to call BS when you see it. Right now, I don't think you have a clue. Start at

edgar-online.com and look over the SEC filings for PKGP and USXP. Then call us up when you have a clue....

If you spend enough time reading the past posts, you will develop a sense of who is posting facts and who is posting garbage. Once you do that, you can cut down on the amount of BS you must endure to get to the facts... Then, confirm them via other means... But then again, we are all sure you know how to do DD. Otherwise, you would not have invested in USXP. ROTFLMAO!!!!!!!!!
