Mr. Robert Lipsett reports

Trucking operations have begun on the company's Palo Blanco field in Colombia, South America. The initial discovery at Palo Blanco, the Estero No. 1 well was announced in March 1997. Project operator, Harken de Colombia, is currently constructing a 2.3-mile pipeline spur connecting the Estero wells to an existing pipeline infrastructure. Completion is expected within three weeks. Parkcrest Explorations has a 25 per cent beneficial interest in the Palo Blanco oil field. (c) Copyright 1998 Canjex Publishing Ltd. canada-stockwatch.com

Here's why the stock has rallied. Hopefully it won't sell off on the news now. I don't think it will because this news gave us all a pleasant surprise -- the fact that the pipeline is actually on schedule and is just a few weeks away from completion.

Now all we gotta do is get these wells hooked up to the pipes & get the 3-D data analyzed, and then finally we start the clock running for Ecopetrol to declare the field commercial.

Things are gettin' interesting again folks!
