Chris: That Slager Reseach guy actually put his money where his mouth is.... You said that the company paid for that report, but Slager will tell you that he put far more money into the company that he took from. Read his disclaimer at the end of the report (the first one, not the last): hotstocknews.com I understand how you got confused. That report was posted by Hotstock news, which was paid to post it, but they didn't write it. Their disclaimer is listed AFTER Slager's. Slager says that his company "participated" in a Reg 506 offering, which is basically 144 restricted stock. He says that it is standard that companies pay a due dilligence fee to researchers and investment banking firms...even if they are putting in $$. I guess if they decide at the last minute not to invest that they have their costs covered. I would like to see some sales projections that can give us some future valuation on the stock price. The Slager report didn't present any.
