Looks like they did a private placement to keep going. The disclaimer at the end of Slager Research mentions that they "participated in a Reg. D 505 private placement within the past 90 days..." See: hotstocknews.com. Ignore Hotstock's disclaimer...it is the one above that. When you have a product ready for sale, and they do since they got ETL approval last fall, it can be fairly easy to get private investors to buy some restricted stock...at least enough to keep the doors open. I wonder how much was raised and how dilutive is was. I guess we won't know for sure until they file their 10k or Q. I'm glad this is a reporting company.
