Dr. Dave: You mentioned that three companies made offers to MAC. How long ago was that? Has the time expired for MAC to respond to those offers? If so, are those offers now off the table? Or are they open offers, with MAC still considering one or more of them? I'm not sure if you know the answers, but if so, could you let us know where things stand? Thanks.
