LBOR - what a mess. I have yet to see any of the allegations made by the shorts that make sense. The major claims that I have seen in connection with the stock - the illegal alien issue and the workers' compensation issues seem to be rather dubious at best.

However, having said that, certain actions of management seem to play into the perception that LBOR is a "pump and dump" play. Welsted's repeated sale of stock at a time when the stock is under downward pressure is not politically smart. Neither are the endless press releases of record sales for the week, month, quarter and year. They have all the appearance of hype. And the stooge that they put on the Yahoo board who challenges anything that moves. These play into the notion that the stock is less than legitimate.

I have been in and out of LBOR maybe a half dozen times in the past two years. It is a stock that I do not feel comfortable in either a long or a short position.

My .02 worth
