Any more predictions out of you? Would you care to guess at what speed can AMD take to socket 7 by year end? Actually the deliverance of K6-2-350MHz will make Intel looks stupid. Intel said that socket 7 has hit the wall and must go to Slot 1 due to superior DIB, blah, blah, blah. Well guess what? SS7 K6-2 "matches or outperforms" slot 1 clock for clock. Intel HASN'T TAKEN any advantages of high SRAM clock rate. Next year AMD will show Intel how to use the high speed backside the right way with their K7. Maxwell
