Transfer Agent Info:I just got off the phone with the transfer agent. Current outstanding shares: 47,042,116. Most recent issue: 06/98. Contact info: Pacific Stock Transfer Co. (702) 361-3033 P.O. Box 93385 Las Vegas, NV 89193 Got my email response from Jeffrey; for some reason he declined to state the name of the transfer agent. Not sure why; I don't think I've dug up anything particularly derogitory by talking with them. craigt
