The settlement is subject to ImmuDyne entering into an arms length
distribution agreement with Nutrition Supply Corporation. While the
parties have engaged in discussions, to date they have been unable to
reach an agreement. There can be no assurance that such an agreement can
be reached in the future.

Does anyone know more about this company??? Who owns this and have they made any progress?????
