The past week I have seen my profit shrink below 50%. Did I want to sell? You bet I did. I went to the phone three times to call my online account and place a sell. But thank goodness I didn't follow through. I'm I crazy??? Yes some would say that. But this is what I did to regain my confidence in FNTN. I made a call to Ms. Marx. It was the first time to talk with her and I felt a lot better after I did. I mostly listened to her tell me some of the things that were going on in the office. Our conversation consisted mostly of how things were transpiring. The two day meeting was a huge success in her mind and one that was great without having to deal with all the phone calls and e-mails. We talked about the Video aspect that will be available and how this will be a great product for Companies as opposed to individuals with 56k and 28.8 modems in their homes. I also asked about the roll out of the Intranet. My question was did they have potential customers beta testing this for them. The answer was yes (as I expect) and this has helped them fix bugs and add enhancements for when this role out will take place. AS we all know it is much harder to sell a product breaks than one that works. I also asked her if the email for @fntn.com was being fixed. She stated yes, systems people have been working on that. (I asked that question because I never could get e-mail through to her) Over all it was a nice conversation and I absolutely feel that FNTN is going to be a class act. Her last statement to me before we hung up was "we have been in the development mode for over a year now. You wouldn't believe how ready we are to bring it into the market and start selling."
