Mads -- I'm surprised you're keeping up with me in this stupidity (killing any chance of being alert during the day Friday). But let's not be impressed by EQ's stamina yet - he may live on the Left Coast [g].

Dow Jones had a very nice and unusually comprehensive summary of today's full release. Usually, they give BB stocks short shrift, but today they ran six (albeit tiny) paragraphs, hitting all the main points and adding that an Avalon spokesman told them that AHS's "initial payment" would be $350,000. BTW, the company has been asked to provide additional information to the public regarding the financing and overall corporate structure, and I believe they will do so shortly (just my opinion).

We're moving with small steps, but we're moving... on the somewhat sketchy news of the financing thus far, AVAL moved from this morning's .10/.18 quote to a closing MM lineup with bids at .17, .13, .125 and .125, and the lowest offers at .24, .25, .281 and .30. This was on true (not doubled) volume at the ask of 31,000 shares maximum. That's a measly $5,700 worth of buying, not including the two MMs (FRAN and mostly USCT) who were scooping up shares at the bid and whose presence chased the would-be traders away. $5,700! Can you imagine where this stock will go once the MAJOR news releases start arriving, and even a couple of fresh buyers come in for decent-sized chunks? All those MMs trying to trade it to make a few cents on the spread (FRAN used to like to box it) will disappear in a hurry and, as has happened before, AVAL will quickly revisit the low .40s. THEN let's see whose attention the story attracts.

I have another thing that I wanted to post, basically an overview of where I think the company stands right now, but I'm running out of gas so I'll post it over the weekend. Comments, questions, criticisms of all this stuff I've just spewed out are requested! And so to bed--Eric
