of course ..but I am obviously slightly confused..is the whole show run from the central Chinese government or do Hong Kong government heads have some autonomy..possible dumb question but I guess I don't mind just to get it straight ..ps did you read the article..would you care to comment? also another url..found the information on India interesting also the bit about currencies showing signs of functioning a bit on their own rather than relationship to dollar suggests a possible turn biz.yahoo.com wonder when the central bankers will be forced to peg currencies on hard asset reserves.. wonder what history will say about current set of central bankers bobby
