Internet Media Announces Third ISP Acquisition in Last 30 Days
BATON ROUGE, La., Aug. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Internet Media Corporation (OTC-Bulletin Board: USRF - news) announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire its third Internet Service Provider (ISP) this month. It is the second acquisition in Santa Fe, NM. The acquisition will be made with a combination of cash and stock and is expected to close early in the fourth quarter.
''This second Santa Fe acquisition significantly increases our Santa Fe presence and puts us in a great position with respect to expansion into Los Alamos, Espanola and Las Vegas (NM) also,'' said David Loflin, President of USRF. Mr. Loflin also noted that there is no ISDN service to individuals anywhere in the state of New Mexico, which will make USRF's wireless Internet service even more attractive.
