'morning Kemble: Here is what I found out from Dell about China and S.America, it is not much but what the heck. ==================================================== Mohan, Thank you for your interest in Dell Computer Corporation. In response to your questions, Dell is currently finishing construction of facilities in Xiamen, China. Dell Computer Corporation has recently started shipping from this plant, and we expect full operation by the end of the year. Additionally, Dell is currently operating in Columbia and in Chile. At this time, however, we have released no further information concerning operations in South America. Thank you for your interest in Dell Computer Corporation.
