It is only a MOU Sept will move this stock to 0.50-0.75 in anticipitation of a closing of that deal + ase listing+ kolberg promo. NIC is very long on PLASMA just wait don't sell at those price P.S. Just before the promo we could see a drop to 0.10 Salut
