Monty; They have it set way to low, and that just compounds the
problem , users one after another then do a reload and the system
just jams itself. It could be the result of some hacker attact,
but if it gets much worse and they don't get a handle on it they
may as well shut down.
We are subject to have a hard down at least early in the day,
sell orders are stacked up.
