I talked to Paul at FMV yesterday and he too told me to call him back tomorrow afternoon (today) about some meeting that was scheduled in the morning. He also told me that there was a slight chance that they would not be able to subscribe the entire offering before it expires. Too many people are holding back their money until things become more concrete. He said if they don't fully subscribe it then someone else will but hopefully it will not come to that.
