It's all valuation based on buyers stock price,,, as we speak ,, ADSK in spite of meeting expected earnings, nos and sitting at 52 week low,, due to dilution for purchasing DSLGF is bidding on Instinet at 27 ,, bringing down DSLGF's own valuation.. DSLGF's price is now pegged to ADSK,,, At this juncture ,, I see ADSK at near bottom here... Will wait for the SONY news ;-) rather buckling under pressure at open ..
